The Impacts of Mobile Devices on Day-to Day Life

Mobiles phones have become
part of our day-to-day lives. From Daily needs to organized data. The positive
effects of mobile phones, they would be as follows:
- Daily Needs: - Mobile
phones help us to perform everyday chores without facing any hassle. From paying
electricity bills, order foods, capturing the photos etc.
- Easy Communication:
- Nowadays Mobile phones have ability to connect people from any city, states, different
country no matter where you are living. Social media also plays vital role in
communicating with people easily.
- Daily Entertainment:
- In mobile phone we can watch any movies or series through any OTT platforms.
In Mobile phones people can play games by which they can pass their time
easily.
We can admit that life
without a mobile phone is impossible. But there are negative effects they carry
with them. Some of them are as follows:
- Distraction:
- We know that Mobile phones is so much distractive. One notification can use
20-30 mins of your valuable life. Nowadays people are not focusing on good
usage of phone, they are always on social media and sharing stuff.
- Addiction:
- Mobile phones is addiction thing. A study says during lockdown below 10 years
kids are more addicted to phones, not for online classes they use for playing
games, watching videos etc. People addicted to phones may cause anxiety, metal
disorder, depression.
- Cause
of Depression: - Mobile phones lead to depression
especially to youngster because youngster is more active in social media, they
are becoming more obsessed with likes on their posts. Because of mobile phones,
it reduces daily interaction level which lead to anxiety, loneliness.
Although mobile phones have made our lives
very easier and have both positive and negative impact in our day-to-day life.
The conclusion is that we may not be able to live without phone but we can take
some measure to use less mobile phone and interact with people daily. Using
phone only for work can be better use of phones.

ReplyDeleteI Partially agree with you on this we are getting addicted to mobile phones day by day and yes it has its drawback too but I don't think excessive usage can lead to depression because even we are using it excessive we are generally connecting or talking to new people or learning something from it so there is no point of loneliness in it or anxiety this is what I believe beside this it was a nice blog mate.

You are right. Todays generations don't like to go out and do something physical work they only stay home and use mobile phone. They don't bother who's coming and going. They are totally addicted to mobiles.
