When Anxiety Met Depression

Having anxiety and depression is like being scared and tired at the same time . It’s the fear of failure but no urge to be productive. It's wanting friends hate socializing. It’s wanting to be alone, but not wanting to be alone. It’s feeling everything at once, and feeling paralyzingly numb at the same time.
Having high-functioning anxiety will make your work very difficult. You can achieve your goal but you overthink . You know you are capable but you still don’t fully believe in yourself . You have ambitions , but you fear failure and embarrassment. You want to be social but when the time comes you feel dread and want to cancel.
Depression is not always about suicide notes & pill bottles, its also spending all day in bed, skipping work to sleep. faking a smile

So when anxiety meet depression they become the worst combination there can be. The both make you feel hundreds and thousands of things together. I also have this combination in my head and they are taking it all .
To control anxiety you need not to do big thing just focus on little things . Do work day to day work in small parts and just focus on one part at a time . Always remember to take support and help from family and friends and try to open up . I know it’s a very difficult thing to do just say two to three thing about your mind status tooters in a week .
